Legendary Weapon of Victory.
The exhibition contains 94 units of historical weapons with which Soviet soldiers liberated their native land from the fascist invaders. Among the exhibits:
- Mosin rifle — a symbol of fortitude and precision,
- PPSH-41 — the legendary "Papa", the foot troops' favorite,
- PPS and PPD — weapons that have been through the fire of battle,
- TT pistol — a reliable companion for commanders,
- Degtyarev machine gun and many other examples of military equipment.
Excursion for honored guests.
The opening of the exhibition was attended by a delegation headed by Alexey Kushnarenko, who was given a detailed tour of the new pavilion. It was conducted by Lieutenant Vyacheslav Konkov, who told the guests about the significance of each exhibit and its role in the history of the Great Victory.
Connection of generations.
This exhibition is not just a collection of weapons, but a living reminder of the feat of the Soviet people. Each barrel, each cartridge is evidence of the courage and heroism of those who fought for a peaceful sky above their heads.
The new exhibition pavilion at the Mound of Glory will become another place of remembrance where the whole family can come to pay tribute to the war heroes and learn more about the history of the Great Victory.
