New publication! The book "Khatyn"
Khatyn is a small Belarusian village that became a symbol of the tragedy of the Belarusian people during the Great Patriotic War. The terrible fate of the Khatyn's residents during the occupation divided the civilian population of thousands of Belarusian villages. The memorial complex, built in the late 1960s on the site of the burned village, has become a place of national reverence and reconciliation. This book contains historical information about the bloodiest chapters of Belarusian history, covering the history of the Belarusian village of Khatyn from its first written mentions.
Separate chapters are devoted to the history of the memorial complex «Khatyn», a detailed description of the memorial and its branches, and the tragedy of this and other Belarusian villages devastated during the war. This publication is intended for a general readership, as well as for those interested in the history of our country.

Dear friends,
Memorial Complex “Khatyn” is a sacred place that preserves the memory of the tragic events of World War II. Every stone here reminds us of the innocent civilians who were killed and of the courage of those who selflessly fought for the freedom of their Homeland. Every third person died in Belarus during those terrible years, and we urge you to make a donation to maintain this unique monument so that the memory of the victims of the genocide of the Belarusian people does not fade away.
Your donations will help preserve history, maintain the complex's grounds, and conduct educational programs for younger generations. Together, we can foster respect for the heroic past and preserve the memory of the innocent victims of that terrible war.
