The delegation includes young army members from Penza region of the Russian Federation and members of military-patriotic clubs of the internal troops of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Belarus.
The guests toured the memorial grounds and museum, laid flowers, and observed a moment of silence in memory of those who died during the Great Patriotic War.
Participants of the rally-forum visited the Church of the Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary on the complex's grounds. Guests from the Russian Federation donated three icons to the church.
