On December 23, 2025, Belarusian State Museum of the History of the Great Patriotic War hosted an international conference dedicated to the 80th anniversary of the Great Victory

The conference brought together leading specialists, representatives of major museums from Belarus and Russia, experts in cultural heritage and memorial work, as well as students from universities, colleges, and patriotic organizations. During the event, staff from memorial complex “Khatyn” shared experiences with their colleagues.

The conference provided a platform for discussing contemporary museum practices, prospects for development, and the intensification of efforts to preserve the memory of the Great Patriotic War. Museum specialists from Belarus and Russia emphasized the importance of exploring and implementing innovative approaches to museum activity.
