Nikolai Karpovich, Chairman of Borisov District Executive Committee, addressed the event participants with a welcoming speech. During the plenary session, the sector's performance in 2025 was reviewed and objectives for 2026 were identified. Presentations were given by Alla Shakhotko, Head of the Main Department of Culture of Minsk Regional Executive Committee; Dmitry Shlyakhtin, First Deputy Minister of Culture of the Republic of Belarus; and Alexander Ilyasevich, Deputy Chairman of Minsk Regional Executive Committee.
The board meeting included a gala awards ceremony honoring the best cultural institutions and specialists in Minsk region who have demonstrated success in implementing various projects and achieved high professional results.
Thus, State Memorial Complex “Khatyn” was recognized as the best cultural institution of regional subordination in Minsk Region based on its 2025 performance.
Svetlana Martinchik, legal counsel at State Memorial Complex “Khatyn”, was also awarded a Certificate of Honor for her conscientious work, high professionalism, and personal contribution to the development of Minsk Region's cultural sector.
